Terms and Conditions: Signature Brand Experience

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. What’s Included

When you book the Signature Brand Experience, you’ll receive:

  • Two (2) 2-hour strategy sessions (held on back-to-back days via Google Meet)

  • A custom Brand Infusion Plan (PDF) outlining your brand voice, message, positioning, and content strategy

  • A Signature Brand AI System with three custom GPTs (Inner Brand Coach, Message Mixologist, Signature Check) tailored to your brand

  • Two (2) weeks of post-delivery Voxer support

  • Setup support and walkthrough documentation for your custom AI tools

All materials are delivered within 5–7 business days after our final session.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at checkout to reserve your project week. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of this offer, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for work delivered, missed sessions, or unused support time.

Late payments (if applicable) may be subject to a 5% late fee and may pause the delivery of services.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage

All brand strategy deliverables and content created for you are yours once full payment is received.
However, the AI tools, system logic, and instructional materials are the proprietary IP of Kristin Lawton / District Brand Bar and are provided for your personal use only. These may not be copied, shared, resold, reverse-engineered, or distributed in any form.

4. Confidentiality

Any non-public or sensitive business information shared by you will be treated as confidential. Likewise, I may reference your project in future promotional content (case studies, testimonials, etc.) but will never share screenshots, visuals, or identifying information without your permission.

5. Rescheduling & Attendance

You’ll be prompted to select your project week immediately after checkout. I’ll follow up within 48 business hours to schedule your two calls during that week.

If you need to reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days and are subject to my availability. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited.

6. Scope & Additional Work

This experience is designed as a focused, high-impact engagement. Any additional services outside the scope listed above will require a separate agreement and may be billed at my standard hourly rate.

7. Disclaimer

While I bring 25+ years of experience to every engagement, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on many factors including implementation, market conditions, and your own unique effort and context.
